Q: Who is jiu jitsu for?

Q: Can I try it out first?
A: Yes! We offer a FREE 7 Day, no obligation trial. This will allow you to try out an array of classes and decide which is the perfect fit for you and your goals.
Q: I haven’t exercised in a long time would jiu jitsu work for me?
A: Yes, everyone starts at the beginning of a journey. Time, patience, dedication and will can mold attitude as well as a body. Don’t expect to be a higher belt at the end of a month.
Q: I am over 50 could I still try jiu jitsu?
A: Yes, our classes are a mix of ages and abilities. As a new member, you have high belt levels ready to guide you and help you through the rough spots. Jiu Jitsu promotes flexibility, conditioning and concentration.
Q: Would jiu jitsu help with self defense?
A: Yes, Jiu jitsu was designed to equalize the powers of the “little guy” against an aggressor. Emphasis on leverage and body positioning as well as surprise may give you those extra seconds to get out of a bad situation.
